Jim Yoder Construction, Inc. has been in business for 20 years in the Hayward area. Jim Yoder was born and raised in Hayward and started doing construction with his father Samuel Yoder who was a contractor in the area. Jim started his own business in 1988 and is committed to building quality homes by staying up to date on the newest and latest building techniques and materials. Jim Yoder Construction, Inc. specializes in log work and custom framed homes with rustic designs that include stone fireplaces, log railings, and wood interiors. One of the main things we like to stress to our clients is to get past references and look at homes that we have built for previous clients and to look at the lot before designing your home. A few years ago, David and Mary Ciresi were introduced to Northland Recreational Homes, Inc. by the local Wilderness Log Home dealer to build them a log home package. After an extensive search for the right piece of property in the Hayward Lakes area, the Ciresi's purchased a premier lot on the South side of Lac Courderay Oreilles Lake with an existing cabin on it. Northland Recreational Homes, Inc. removed the existing cabin and built David and Mary this incredible Wilderness Log Home.
One of the features that not only adds beauty, but is also functional, is the numerous porches. Covered, open, or screened in, there is a porch for everyone to enjoy the sights and sounds of the north woods without ever having to leave the house. The detached garage has unfinished living space in the upper level for future guest quarters.

Stan and Dee Deno came to Northland Recreational Homes, Inc. with thoughts of remodeling their existing cabin, and after much planning and re-designing they decided to demolish the existing cabin and have our company build a brand new home for them instead. After touring some of our existing client's homes, they chose a popular "T" style home design.
