MEMBERSHIP:
Membership in the Northland Area Builders Association consists of
both Builder and Associate members. A Builder Member is any individual
that is in the business of shelter construction, remodeling or land
development. An Associate Member is any individual engaged in a trade,
industry or profession related to shelter construction, remodeling or
land development; such as plumber, electricians, financial, interior
design, etc.
Dues are currently $375 per year, which automatically enrolls members
in both the Wisconsin Builders Association and the National Association
of Home Builders. Dues are distributed as follows:
$160.00 Wisconsin Builders Association
$150.00 National Association of Home Builders
$65.00 Northland Area Builders Association

membership meetings held the first and third Tuesdays of the month, we
provide a speaker for educational programs.
As a member of WBA and NAHB, various educational opportunities are
available to you on a state and national level, as well as continuing
education courses, spokesperson and leadership training for members in
key positions.
