The Northland Area Builders Association, chartered in May 1989, is a non-profit trade organization comprised of industry professionals united and dedicated to preserving and promoting safe and affordable housing for the people of northwest Wisconsin.

Our role is to provide attainable quality housing and to be active in improving our community.  The goals of NABA are to:

  • Be the recognized voice for the building industry

  • Promote job training and continuing education

  • Encourage high standards of professionalism and service

  • Promote and protect the industry

  • Have representation in government

  • Fight for and support issues that keep the building industry strong

Every member of NABA is also a member of the Wisconsin Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Our Code of Ethics:

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates subscribe to the By-laws of the State and National Associations.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates meet or exceed all State required insurance regulations.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates maintain a good credit rating in high standards.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates respond to consumer complaints, and act on these complaints in a timely manner.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates continue to improve their skills and knowledge through educational resources made available at a local, state and national level.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates employ other association members to assure the high standards set by its members are maintained.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates conduct themselves in a professional manner to maintain the standards of the association.

  • Northland Area Builders/Associates have a commitment to excellence.
